Experience 

Web analytics is a crucial first step in the redesign project, which is a careful examination and evaluation of various design elements and user experience, and defines the design objectives and concepts.

Observation

It is important to optimize navigation and content organization, and the website should have the ability to run well on different devices and browsers.

Findings

A comprehensive analysis of the existing website problems can pave the way for redesign, transform the website into a more reasonable platform, meet the needs of the target audience, and better promote the brand.

After making sure we didn't make a mistake, vinod put together a document that explained some rules, showed us how to set up a registered blog, showed us how to get attendance through facebook responses, and later explained how to find recorded videos of lectures on YouTube and ask us to study them on our own.
